Eric Forest Pouilly Fuisse 'Les Crays' 2022

Eric Forest is a small, highly regarded grower based in Vergisson, in the heart of Pouilly-Fuissé. Les Crays is one of the appellation's premier cru vineyards, giving a more concentrated, complex white Burgundy.

Notes of lime, cream, tangerine, spiced pear, vanilla and toast.

Serve with: lobster, scallops, roast chicken with cream sauce or aged Comté.
