Cotswolds Dry Gin

The Cotswolds Distillery is an award-winning distillery in the Cotswolds hills. Its Dry Gin is bottled unfiltered at a robust strength, so it turns slightly cloudy when tonic or ice is added, a sign of all the botanical oils it holds.

A full-flavoured, aromatic London dry style, with juniper, citrus and local lavender.

Serve: with plenty of ice, tonic and a slice of pink grapefruit and a bay leaf, or in a Martini.
